We believe dogs deserve real, single-ingredient treats — the kind you can recognize, trust, and feel good about giving.
Every batch is air-dried, never mass-produced, and made with a focus on freshness, safety, and quality over shelf life.
🧊 Storage & Freshness
How long do the treats last?
Because we don’t use preservatives, shelf life depends on how they’re stored:
- Room Temperature (low humidity): up to 7 days
- Refrigerated: 2–3 weeks
- Vacuum sealed + refrigerated: up to 3–4 weeks
For best results, we always recommend refrigeration.
Why does storage matter so much?
Our treats are real food, not shelf-stable fillers.
Humidity — especially in Texas — can introduce moisture back into the product. Keeping treats cool and dry helps maintain their quality and safety.
What if something looks off?
We carefully inspect every batch before it reaches you.
Once delivered, we ask that treats are stored properly. If you ever notice:
- Moisture
- Unusual odor
- Visible mold
Please discard the product and take a photo before doing so for a RMA (we replace items)
Because these are preservative-free, natural treats, storage plays an important role in keeping them safe.
🦴 Feeding Guidelines
How often can I give these to my dog?
These are nutrient-dense treats, not filler snacks.
- Feed in moderation
- Adjust based on your dog’s size and diet
- Especially with organ meats, too much can cause digestive upset
Every dog is different — when in doubt, start small.
My dog has a sensitive stomach — are these okay?
Most dogs do great with single-ingredient treats.
If your dog is NEW to organ meats or richer proteins, introduce slowly and monitor how they respond.
🛒 Orders & Fresh Batches
Are your treats made ahead of time?
We produce in small batches and often make larger or custom orders fresh.
This allows us to control quality and ensure you’re receiving product that hasn’t been sitting for extended periods.
When will my order be ready?
- Local delivery and shipping typically go out within 3–4 days
- Some items may take slightly longer if made fresh per order
We prioritize freshness over speed whenever possible.
🌎 Sourcing & Availability
Where do your ingredients come from?
We prioritize Texas-based and local sourcing whenever possible.
If a product is unavailable, it means we’re waiting on quality supply — not cutting corners.
🥥 Ingredients & Additions
Do you use preservatives or additives?
Never.
Some limited batches may include a light coating of coconut oil, which supports skin and coat health and adds extra flavor dogs love.
These are always clearly noted.
❄️ What about freeze-dried treats?
We currently specialize in air-dried products.
Freeze-dried options are planned for release in the fall.
